Welcome to MoneyHubb! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MoneyHubb's AI-powered receipt analysis and shopping prediction service. By using MoneyHubb, you agree to these Terms.

✍️1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using MoneyHubb, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MoneyHubb. By using our service, you represent that you are 18 or older.

MoneyHubb provides an AI-powered platform that:

Analyzes receipt images using artificial intelligence
Extracts purchase data (items, prices, merchants, dates)
Identifies savings opportunities and alternative products
Predicts when you'll need to repurchase items based on your history
Monitors prices and provides price comparisons
Generates personalized shopping recommendations
Tracks your purchase history and spending patterns

Our service uses advanced AI technology, but it is not perfect. Predictions and recommendations are estimates based on your data.

👤3. User Accounts

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
Do not share your account with others

Account Accuracy:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Keep your account information up to date
Use a valid email address that you can access

Free Tier:

10 receipt uploads per month
Basic AI analysis and savings recommendations
Limited features

Pro Tier ($9.99/month):

Unlimited receipt uploads
Advanced AI predictions and shopping lists
Automatic price monitoring
Full purchase history analytics
Priority support

Billing Terms:

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly
You will be charged automatically each month until you cancel
You can cancel anytime from your account settings
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

⚠️5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Upload fraudulent, fake, or manipulated receipts
Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
Scrape, copy, or extract data from our service using automated means
Share, resell, or redistribute our service or content
Abuse our support channels or staff
Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
Upload malicious content (viruses, malware, etc.)
Interfere with other users' access to the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

📋6. Intellectual Property

MoneyHubb and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MoneyHubb and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your receipt data and uploaded content. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your data to provide the service.

Service "As Is":

MoneyHubb is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No Guarantee of Accuracy:

AI predictions are estimates and may not be accurate
Price comparisons may be outdated or incorrect
Savings estimates are approximate and not guaranteed
We are not responsible for pricing errors on third-party sites
Receipt analysis may contain errors or omissions

No Financial Advice:

MoneyHubb provides informational tools, not financial advice. Always verify prices and make your own purchasing decisions.

⚖️8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyHubb and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Errors or inaccuracies in predictions, prices, or recommendations
Unauthorized access to your data or account
Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

🔄9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of MoneyHubb after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

🌍12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

🍎13. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded MoneyHubb from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply. These terms are required by Apple and supplement the rest of this agreement.

Acknowledgement

This agreement is between you and MoneyHubb only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). MoneyHubb, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to MoneyHubb.

Scope of License

The license granted to you for MoneyHubb is a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may access MoneyHubb through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.

Maintenance and Support

MoneyHubb is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app, as required under applicable law or as set forth in this agreement. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to MoneyHubb.

Warranty

MoneyHubb is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are MoneyHubb's sole responsibility.

Product Claims

MoneyHubb, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, MoneyHubb, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using MoneyHubb. For example, if MoneyHubb uses a VoIP service, you must not violate that service's terms when using it through the app.

Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
